Wright (b. 1927) wrote the refrain for the Psalter Task Force of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), for which she served as chair. A native of Baltic, Ohio, Helen Wright is a graduate of the College of Wooster with a B.A. degree in English. For some years she served as treasurer and bookkeeper for her husband's medical corporation. She is an organist for the Presbyterian Church of Coshocton, Ohio, a position she has held for twenty-four years. He taught history at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey, before moving to Calvin College in 1976, where he taught modern European history and also served as a visiting instructor at Calvin Theological Seminary. Much of his research deals with the role of religion in 19th and 20th century German society and culture; one of his publications is Pastors and Pluralism in Württemberg 1918-1933.
