Lyrics: The Holy One of Israel has promised wars will end; the lion with the calf shall dwell, and wolf a lamb befriend. Let pruning hooks and plows be made from battle swords and spears, that people may be unafraid, and lay aside their fears. Refrain Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Pray for God's peace on the earth. The desert will be glad and bloom, the living water flow, the hope of peace will banish gloom, and wash away all woe. The blind shall see, the deaf will hear, the speechless find a voice, the lame shall leap now like a deer, and everyone rejoice. Refrain The Holy One of Israel will send a Prince of Peace, a wise and mighty one, to dwell with us, our joys increase.
