1810 - 1879 Person Name: Boggett Composer of "ECCLES (Boggett)" in The Cyber Hymnal Richard Boggett was born at Kippax, Yorkshire. He was a corn miller by trade, though he also turned his hand to farming. His taste for music soon brought him into notice, and, though self-taught, he became well known both for playing and composing. He published his tunes under the name An Original Set of Psalm and Hymn Tunes. Few of these are known outside his own district save two, 'Dawson's Adie' and 'Eccles.' Boggett was choirmaster at the Wesleyan chapel at Kippax, also took an active share in the various departments of church work. Jean Bohannan

1823 - 1923 Author of "A welcome warm, a welcome true" Jean Bearl Bohannan was married to Franklin W. Bearl who died in 1904. In 1906 she married Ord Bohannan. The Bohannans were traveling performers and lecturers in the Lyceum movement, as well as composers. Bohannan composed over 100 pieces, both religious and secular.
