Tell Us Something More

Representative Text

1 Tell us something more of the love of Jesus,
Christian, tell us something more;
Tell us how He suffer’d death for sinners,
Tell us of the cross He bore.

Refrain:
Tell us, Christian, tell us,
Tell us something more;
Tell us, Christian, tell us,
Tell us something more.

2 Tell us something more of the Crucifixion,
Tell us how He bled and died;
Tell us of the blood that ever cleanses,
Flowing from His wounded side. [Refrain]

3 Tell us something more of the Holy City,
Where they strew’d the way with palms;
Tell us how He gather’d little children,
Into His most loving arms. [Refrain]
