| Text: | Our Hope of Endless Glory |
| Author: | Grace J. Frances |
| Tune: | [Since Christ is mine, and I am His] |
| Composer: | Hubert P. Main |
1 Since Christ is mine, and I am His,
Why yield to sad repining,
When thro’ the clouds, tho’ dark they roll,
His love is brightly shining?
Refrain:
O sing aloud His worthy praise,
Proclaim the grand old story
Of grace divine thro’ Christ the Lord,
Our hope of endless glory.
2 That grace to us He freely gives,
Each hour anew bestowing;
And O how oft He fills our hearts
With joy to overflowing. [Refrain]
3 Look up, look up in simple faith,
Our all to Him confiding;
Believe He marks the path we tread,
And every step is guiding. [Refrain]
4 We know that from our Saviour’s love
Nor life nor death can sever;
Tho’ heav’n and earth may pass along,
His love endures forever. [Refrain]
