Twila Paris
b. 1958 Person Name: Twila Paris, b. 1958 Author of "He Is Exalted" in Sing! A New Creation Twila Paris (born 1958, Fort Worth, Texas) is an American singer–songwriter whose congregational pieces—“He Is Exalted,” “We Will Glorify,” “Lamb of God,” and others—entered hymnals and became staples of late-twentieth-century worship. Beginning with family ministry concerts in childhood, she went on to a long recording career, multiple Dove Awards, and induction into the GMA Hall of Fame; she makes her home in Arkansas and continues to write and minister.

b. 1956 Arranger of "HE IS EXALTED" in Songs of Faith and Praise Ken Young attended Lubbock Christian University and Texas Tech University, studying music education and marriage and family therapy. He has served as a worship minister for Churches of Christ in Texas and Tennessee and founded and directs Hallal Worship (Franklin, Tennessee).
