b. 1932 Person Name: Valerie M. Dunn, 1932- Author of "Man more than man" in Together in Song Dunn, Valerie Margery. (Temple City, California, January 18, 1932- ). Presbyterian. While assistant editor of the Presbyterian Record (Toronto) (1961-1978), she became connected with Teen and Twenty Chapel, a group of writers and artists interested in contemporary worship, and supervised production of the collection they issued, Let the Cosmos Ring: Songs for a Century of Peace and Tumult (1968). Some of her lyrics were also published in the Record and in Praise Ways (1975); later she provided the words for an audience-participation musical, Noƶgenesis (1980). --Hugh McKellar, DNAH Archives
