He was a graduate of Wheaton Bible College.He and his wife wrote quite a number of songs, of which one of my favorites is "The Babe in the Manger.Bill helped get New Tribes Mission started, now called Ethnos360 Mission. He was married to Mildred Leightner Dillon Walter Witten (friend)
