1811 - 1879 Author of "We now invoke thy blessing, Lord" Ballou, Moses. (Monroe, Massachusetts, May 24, 1811--May 19, 1879, Atoo, New Jersey). Ordained to the UNiversalist ministry in 1835, serving churches in Portsmouth, New Hampshire; Bridgeport and Hartford, Connecticut; Philadelphia and New York.
