Refrain: Send show’rs of blessing, Send showers of blessing; O Lord, from above, In thy wonderful love, Send showers of blessing. 2 The Word of God assures our hearts, We cannot plead in vain; The Lord shall brighten all the clouds And send the needed rain. [Refrain] 3 Of old, at Pentecost, the show’rs Descended from above, And many were the hearts refreshed With healing streams of love.
