Holy Spirit, Guide, Revealer

Author: Julia H. Johnston Appears in 3 hymnals Lyrics: 1 Holy Spirit, Guide, Revealer, Let Thy light upon us shine, Show to us the things of Jesus, Manifest Thy pow'r divine. Let Thy quick'ning grace be given, Teach our doubting hearts to pray, Keep our wayward feet from straying, Lead us in the narrow way. 2 Fit our hearts for Thine indwelling, Spirit of all truth and grace, Make of us Thine earthly temples, Meet for Thine abiding place. Let us share the sweet communion, And the fellowship of love; Sanctify and keep and comfort— "Holy Spirit, heav'nly Dove." 3 Give repentance and renewing, Melt and move each hardened heart, Give revival and refreshing, All our help and hope Thou art. Comforter whom Jesus promised, Unto Thee our hearts we raise: One with Christ and with the Father, To Thy name be endless praise. Used With Tune: [Holy Spirit, Guide, Revealer]
