Author: Charles A. Starr Hymnal: The Cyber Hymnal #14822 First Line: I am saved, thank God, I know it Refrain First Line: I am saved, thank God, I know it Lyrics: 1 I am saved, thank God, I know it; From His throne in Heav’n above, Jesus Christ—to Him I owe it— Sought me in His wondrous love. Refrain: I am saved, thank God, I know it; I am saved, for Christ hath died; Thro’ the precious blood of Jesus I am saved and purified. 2 I am saved, thank God, I know it, From my life so dark with sin; Changed my heart, and well I know it, Jesus Christ now dwells within. [Refrain] 3 I am saved to endless glory— Glory that begins below; Saved to tell the old, old story, Of the Christ who loved me so. [Refrain] 4 I am saved, thank God, I know it; Would you have salvation, too? Jesus, loving, would bestow it— Freely offers it to you.
