Jesus Will Tell Me

Author: L. O. B. Appears in 2 hymnals First Line: Once I was weary toiling on life's way Refrain First Line: Jesus will tell me, Jesus will tell me Lyrics: 1 Once I was weary toiling on life’s way, Once I was longing for some brighter day, Till with my burden I to Christ did go, And He has gold me just what to do. Chorus: Jesus will tell me, Jesus will tell me, Yes, He will tell me just what to do; Jesus will tell me, Jesus will tell me, Yes, He will tell me just what to do. 2 When I was doubting, turning here and there, While sin and danger met me ev’rywhere, And as I asked Him, simply trusting, too, Then Jesus told me just what to do. [Chorus] 3 For He hath gold me, in His holy word, That ev’ry prayer will lovingly be heard; So in His strength I safely journey thro’, Trusting in Him who knows what to do. [Chorus] Used With Tune: [Once I was weary toiling on life's way]
