Draper, Bourne Hall, born at Cumnor, near Oxford, in 1775, and educated for the Baptist Ministry at the Bristol Academy, under the Rev. Dr. J. Rylands. He was pastor of the Baptist Church at Chipping Norton 1804, and subsequently at Southampton, where he d. Oct. 12, 1843. See note on his hymn," Ye Christian heroes, go, proclaim," p. 1296, ii.
