You can hear the train wheels turning in the opening accompaniment, then the voices enter one by one, singing: "Gospel train is a-comin', comin'!" The driving, bluesy piano part provides the energy for the joyous refrain. A smooth, serene middle verse leads to a final visit from the gospel train, ending in an exuberant coda.
