Representative Text

1 All our songs of grateful praise
To the Maker of our days,
Tell of joys which never part,
Bringing sunshine to the heart.

Refrain:
Daily toil is always sweet,
When we seek the mercy seat,
Asking Jesus to impart
Love and sunshine to the heart,
Asking Jesus to impart
Love and sunshine to the heart.

2 Every loving word of truth
Spoken in our early youth,
May a gleam of hope impart,
Bringing sunshine to the heart. [Refrain]

3 Let us trust and strive to find
Strength in Christ and peace of mind,
Which shall evermore impart
God’s bright sunshine to the heart.
