Born: April 27, 1830, Townshend, Vermont. Died: February 8, 1912, Lincoln, Nebraska. Buried: Wyuka Cemetery, Lincoln, Nebraska. Huntington attended Syracuse University in New York, and was ordained a Methodist Episcopal minister in 1853. He pastored in Rochester, New York (1861-71 & 1876-79); Syracuse, New York (1873-76); Olean, New York (1885-89); Bradford, Pennsylvania (1882-85 & 1889-91); and Lincoln, Nebraska (1891-96).
