During our last fund drive one donor said this: "I love hymns ... If you asked for money, it means you need it! Please keep the work going. And please, accept my widow's mite. God bless you."

She was right. We only ask for money twice a year, and we do so because we need it.

Representative Text

1 Little soldiers of the King
Love our banner bright;
Let us strive to victory bring,
Clinging to the right.

Refrain:
We are boldly marching on,
Little soldiers true;
Looking toward glad victory’s dawn,
Little soldiers true.

2 Little soldiers, faith our shield,
Dreading not the foe;
Valiant on the battlefield,
Since our strength we know. [Refrain]

3 Little soldiers, all the day
Doing kindly deeds;
Weary not, tho’ long the way
That to glory leads. [Refrain]

4 Little soldiers, trusting still
Our commander brave,
Trying e’er His will to do,
Helpless ones to save. [Refrain]
