As Águas Da Salvação

Representative Text

1 Oh! Se as almas sequiosas
Desejassem escutar
Os convites tão bondosos
Para as águas da vida tomar!

Refrain:
Venham todos para as águas!
Bebam todos dessas águas!
São refrigerantes águas,
As águas da salvação!

2 Para abrir a rica fonte
Pedra viva Deus feriu,
Pedra que era o próprio Filho;
NEle foi que esta fonte se abriu.

3 Cristo, sobre a cruz morrendo,
A justiça satisfez;
O castigo recebendo,
A propiciação Ele fez.

4 Ele com amor convida
Todo aquele que quiser
Para as águas dessa vida
Vir tomar e de graça beber.
