Qual Corrente Funda

Representative Text

1 Qual corrente funda corre a santa paz
Que nossa alma inunda e frescor nos traz;
Paz que nos alenta, paz que forças dá,
Paz que sempre aumenta, paz que durará.

Refrain:
No Senhor firmado, nosso coração
Vive sem cuidado de tribulação.

2 Deus onipotente guarda-nos do mal;
Sua mão e mente têm poder cabal;
Jamais inimigo O poderá vencer,
Nem qualquer perigo Sua paz romper.

3 Toda e qualquer prova, todo amargor,
Vem qual bênção nova, dada pelo amor.
Quem em Deus confia, quem em Cristo crê,
Sua simpatia goza pela fé.
