Tune: [There are treasures, there are pleasures in God's home above]
Published in 1 hymnal

Representative Text

1 There are treasures, there are pleasures in God's home above.
Flowers bloom in the sunshine of His precious love.
If we trust Him, if we love Him and His will obey,
we'll enjoy all God's treasures in heaven someday.

2 There are treasures up in heaven prepared by our Lord.
We shall bathe in the beauty described in His word.
Streets are golden, water flowing in that land on high,
we'll enjoy all God's treasures in heaven's fair sky.

3 Many treasures, precious treasures lie waiting for me.
When I cross the wide Jordan to eternity.
Saints will meet me, Christ will greet me and welcome me home,
where the treasures of heaven to me will be known.
