The Pathway of Peace

1 There’s a pathway that leads thro’ the valley of life,
Where sweet calm may be found ‘mid confusion and strife,
And with richest of blessing that fair course is rife,
‘Tis the beautiful pathway of peace.

Will you journey each day in the beautiful way,
Where all doubt and foreboding will cease?
Will you walk by the side of the heavenly Guide,

2 There are gladness and comfort the world has not known,
And those choosing that way never journey alone,

Where the jasper-walled city of God glistens bright,
