Representative Text

1 To worship in Thy temple, Lord,
We come, we come;
To learn more of thy holy word,
We come, we come;
And while we gather here today,
O meet with us we pray.

Refrain:
We come to learn of Thee,
Thy follow’rs e’er to be,
O may we strive to be,
Dear Saviour more like Thee;
We come to learn of Thee,
Thy follow’rs e’er to be,
O may we e’er be faithful ‘til Thy face we see.

2 To sing sweet songs of love and praise,
We come, we come;
To Him who fills with joy our days,
We come, we come;
Then all united let us sing,
And make His temple ring. [Refrain]

3 To tell the story of His love,
We come, we come;
To praise His name who reigns above,
We come, we come;
Then let us sound the gospel call,
And “crown Him Lord of all.” [Refrain]
