A delightful addition to the Christmas literature, with a wonderful text by Dr. Robert Baden and music that bubbles with good cheer. Very rhythmic! It may be performed with piano alone, or with a small orchestra consisting of just a String Quartet, an Oboe (or Flute), and piano. Harp and a second Oboe may be added if available, and of course the String parts may be played with a larger orchestra.
