He was sometime editor of the Philadelphia Gazette, and contributed to the Knickerbocker Magazine. His poetical writings were published in 1846. His hymn:— We have met in peace together, was written for the 8th Anniversary of the American Sunday School Union, 1832. It is unknown to the English collections. [Rev. F. M.
