1823 - 1869 Person Name: Augustus Damon Fillmore Composer of "KANE" in The Cyber Hymnal Fillmore, Augustus Damon. (Gallia County, Ohio, September 7, 1823--June 10, 1870, Cincinnati, Ohio). Minister, Christian Church. Co-editor (with Silas White Leonard, 1814-1870) or Christian Psalmist (1847), which "probably had a more general circulation than any other of his publications." George Rogers

1805 - 1846 Author of "Heavenly Region" in The Cyber Hymnal Rogers, Rev. George. (1805--July 6, 1846, Cincinnati, Ohio). A Universalist minister, author and editor. He published a Universalist Hymn Book in 1845, in which he included 26 hymns which he had written. Four of his hymns are included in Church Harmonies: New and Old, 1895: 1. As gentle dews distil 2.
