I can find him anywhere

Author: Jennie Wilson Hymnal: The Kingdom of Praise #119 (1920) First Line: Tis sweet to know that ev'ry hour Refrain First Line: Oh! I can find him anywhere Lyrics: 1 ‘Tis sweet to know that ev’ry hour My soul may speak to God in pray’r; He heareth me by day or night, And I can find Him anywhere. Refrain: Oh! I can find Him anywhere, That blessed Friend to me so dear; I’ll trust in His unfailing care, For I can find Him anywhere. 2 In crowded street or desert path, ‘Mid surging throngs or all alone, He listens when in faith I call, And all my needs by Him are known. [Refrain] 3 When by the tempter’s arts assailed, On strength divine I can rely, And if some grief or trial comes, I know that heav’nly help is nigh. [Refrain] 4 When life’s brief day draws to a close, My soul need have no fear or care; While passing thro’ the shadowed vale, I know that I shall find Him there. [Refrain] Tune Title: [Tis sweet to know that ev'ry hour]
