A New Creation Twila Paris (born 1958, Fort Worth, Texas) is an American singer–songwriter whose congregational pieces—“He Is Exalted,” “We Will Glorify,” “Lamb of God,” and others—entered hymnals and became staples of late-twentieth-century worship. Beginning with family ministry concerts in childhood, she went on to a long recording career, multiple Dove Awards, and induction into the GMA Hall of Fame; she makes her home in Arkansas and continues to write and minister. Bronx, New York City, 1941) Educated at Oakland City College and California State University, in Hayward, CA, Fettke has taught in several public and Christian high schools and served as minister of music in various churches, all in California. He has published over eight hundred composi­tions and arrangements (some under the pseudonyms Robert F. Douglas and David J. Allen) and produced a number of recordings.
