b. 1854 Person Name: A. J. B. Author of "Seeking the Lost" in The New Wonderful Songs for Work and Worship Adoniram Judson Buchanan was born on December 1854 in Linn County, Missouri. In 1867, shortly after the American civil war, he moved with his family to a community near Sherman in Grayson County, Texas, purchasing several acres of land and settling near the Elmont Community, a few miles west of Van Alstyne, Texas.
