Representative Text

1 From heav’n to earth the Saviour came,
To save us from the pow’r of sin,
That we eternal life might claim,
To Paradise might enter in.

Chorus:
He has brought us
His redemption,
He has brought us liberty,
And we hail Him,
Proudly hail Him,
King of kings eternally.

2 He conquered sin and broke its pow’r,
He spotless lived without a stain,
Was faithful in each trial hour,
Though scourged and crucified and slain. [Chorus]

3 He rose triumphant o’er the grave
Brought life, eternal life, to light,
And proved His loving pow’r to save
The soul that trusts His gracious might. [Chorus]
