All for Jesus

Author: R. E. W. Hymnal: Songs of Praise #150 (1935) First Line: Have you given up all for Jesus Refrain First Line: All, all for Jesus Lyrics: 1 Have you given up all for Jesus? Is your sacrifice full and complete? To have hidden life with the Savior, You must lay your soul all at His feet. Refrain: All, all for Jesus— All, not a part for Him; If you'd have God's best, On His bosom rest, You must give up all for Him. 2 Have you given up all for Jesus? Do you know of the pow'r in His blood? He'll save you, and heal you, and fill you, If you trust your all in His word. [Refrain] 3 I have given up all for Jesus, And His glory now filleth my soul, I know of His peace and His power, O this joy can never be told. [Refrain] 4 I have given up all for Jesus, I'm out in the ocean of love; The way of the cross leads me homeward, To the golden city above. [Refrain] 5 I have given up all for Jesus, Soon in rapture we'll meet in the air; Then I will know why He so loves me All my sins and burdens to bear. [Refrain] 6 You must give up your all for Jesus, If life everlasting you would win, Or else meet eternal destruction, For death is the wages of sin. [Refrain] Languages: English Tune Title: [Have you given up all for Jesus]
